    Are you feeling burnt out in your life? Do you feel like you need to make a change but you don't know what? Are you trying really hard with managing your weight and it feels like you've tried everything but nothing is working? Have you been to more healthcare practitioners than you can count, all leading to more questions than answers?

    You've come to the right place! Working together we can help come to the root causes instead of just covering up your symptoms. I will work with you every step of the way giving you professional guidance and being your very own health cheerleader. I help you get back to your body leaving you feeling happier, healthier and better than you think you could feel.

  • 1:1 MINDFUL MOVEMENT PROGRAM

    Do you want to learn how to get into yoga poses safely with a private instructor? I do private and small group yoga classes at the comfort of your own home. Either in person If you’re located in Greenville, SC or virtual anywhere around the world at a time that works for you.

    We can schedule a vinyasa, yin, meditation class or a combination. Let’s connect and do a class together.

  • WHOLE BODY HEALTH PROGRAM

    A great option for a group education of wellness and health at a lower price point of $299 for the entire program. Group coaching is only open for a limited number of clients to keep it personal and intimate. We meet together virtually for one hour a week for 6 weeks. You will leave with goals and takeaways each week, nutritional guidelines, and a weekly meditation practice and guidance on different topics. This is also a great option as many leave feeling a sense of community and knowing that there are others on their health journey as well.
