The ideal choice if you want a personalized plan that is tailored to your goals and lifestyle. We would meet every other week for 6 months for a total of 12 sessions. The first session is always free and there’s no obligation to join. Book below to see if we’re a good fit!


1:1 mindful MOvement Program

This program is for anyone wanting private yoga or meditations. In this program you can pick between yoga OR meditations. We meet for one hour, once a week, for 3 months. You can always extend this if you enjoy the program. I will cater each activity accordingly to your needs and goals.

**Yoga and meditations can be done online or in person only if you’re located in Greater Greenville, SC.

3 months in person yoga or meditations - $1300 or I hour for $150

3 months virtual yoga or meditations - $995 or 1 hour for $100

Whole Body Health Program

A great option for a group education of wellness and health at a lower price point of $299 for the entire program. Group coaching is only open for a limited number of clients to keep it personal and intimate. We meet together virtually for one hour a week for 6 weeks. You will leave with goals and takeaways each week, nutritional guidelines, and a weekly meditation practice and guidance on different topics. This is also a great option as many leave feeling a sense of community and knowing that there are others on their health journey as well.
