Group Coaching Program

A great option for a more generalized group education of wellness and health at a lower price point. Group coaching is only open for a limited number of clients. We meet together virtually for one hour a week for 6 weeks. You will leave with goals and takeaways each week, a mini recipe book, and a recording of the fall as well as guidance on a different topic each week.
