This retreat also includes a wellness goody bag including, a free one hour nutrition assessment with Nilufer post retreat, and a take home manifestation mediation journal to keep you on your journey with yourself even when you’re back home.

How to Get There & What to do Around the Retreat:
The nearest airports are Charlotte, Asheville, or Greenville-Spartanburg. With a rental car, it’s just a short drive away towards Pisgah National Park where the retreat is. Neighboring towns always have lots to offer as well if you’re new to the area. Greenville is a huge foodie town with lots of opportunities to hike and walk. Asheville is great for breweries and is home to the Biltmore Estate which is always a fun trip. Charlotte is a larger city with lots of shows, shopping and cool parks.
