CRISPY FINGERLING POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dill

  • 1 tbsp smoked red paprika

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • sprinkle of black pepper

  • sprinkle of black garlic salt (regular garlic salt works as well)

  • drizzle of olive oil

Steps

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking tray with baking paper-don’t use aluminum here. Wash potatoes and add it to you tray. Measure each of the ingredients and toss them on the potatoes. Now it’s time to get your hands dirty and mix them around and massage the potatoes until they are all evenly coated with the mixture.

Slide the tray into the oven and let it bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes look golden, crispy and slightly puffed up.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

This dish is great as a side as well as on top of a hearty salad. I served mine with the fresh and sour yogurt recipe as a dip (as seen in the photo and video).
