Finding the Calm During the Holidays
The holidays are a great time to get together with friends and family and reconnect. But it can also be stressful and hold a lot of expectations set on yourself by other people.
It’s important to keep yourself in mind during this busy time of the year and find the peace and magic and gratitude in it all.
With that being said, here is a five minute guided meditation on finding the calm during the holidays. Great for whenever you need to come back to your breath and your body and when the world around you feels just a little bit crazy.
