Getting into Deep Sleep

Getting deep sleep can a literal dream for most, no puns intended, but is seriously important in not only waking up feeling rested the next day but also making sure that your body is able to repair itself at night, keep your immune system functioning, digestion working properly, your memory is focused and so much more.

The problem that most of us face is not being able to turn off our brains as we get into bed, which only hinders our ability to get into deep sleep.
